I really don't get it... sure, there's some ice on the ground. There's snow, and yes, it's on the chilly side.
It's not the end of the freeking world people!! It's not the apocalypse!!
Maybe it's because I grew up in Montreal, but I'm really not having a problem with the weather. Oh well, one more snowfall, then it'll all turn to slush. And slush-clogged sewer drains are so much better than snow, aren't they?

Well, better the devil you know, I s'pose. At least water is an adversary I am well acquainted with.I'm surprised that you, as a motorcycle enthusiast, wouldn't be more off-put by the the white stuff. How are you coping? Or are you in Mexico already, amd I'm here just blathering away to myself?

Meh... it's snow. So I don't ride a motorbike for a week or so. That's hardly unusual for me in the winter.But yes, I'm still here. I leave for Mexico in 4 more sleeps
