Some people have suggested that those who use tasers should actually experience being tasered, as part of their training. (probably at a lower pwer, of course.)

I'm torn on this. Part of me thinks it might make someone thing twice before employing a taser. But anopther part of me thinks, if we did it that way, would teenagers ask for blowjobs as part of their sex education?
